Fort Bend MUD #25 Board Meetings are the 2nd Friday of each month beginning at 5:30 PM at the Conference Room next to the MUD Office on Old Richmond Road.

Annual HOA Meeting - Tuesday, April 8, 2008, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., at the Pheasant Creek Clubhouse.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE - APRIL 26TH

Summerfield’s Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2008. The sale will begin at 8:00 a.m. and continue until 4:00 p.m. As in the past, ads will be placed in community newspapers to alert potential shoppers of the great deals to be had in Summerfield!

It is a great opportunity to do your spring cleaning...what better way to get those closets, garages, attics, storage sheds, toy chests, etc., cleaned out and make some spending money to boot!

April 26th will be here before you know it, so start gathering all those unwanted items now and be ready to take advantage of this great community event.

We will also have a fall sale and the date for that will be published later.
