The Summerfield Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis, with two general homeowners’ meetings held twice a year. The first of these is the Annual Meeting and Election which is held each April. The meetings will be held at the Pheasant Creek Clubhouse, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The second general homeowners meeting is held each October.

If you have an item you would like to have discussed or reviewed by the Board, please submit your request, in writing, at least seven days before the meeting, to MASC Austin Properties, Inc., 13726 Florence Road, Sugar Land, Texas 77478.

Committees are the heart and soul of a community as they work hand in hand with the Board of Directors and their input and efforts are essential in maintaining our community.
